By registering for and participating in any Grand Series event, operated by Grand Athletics (GA), you agree to the following terms and conditions. You also acknowledge and agree to comply with the Grand Athletics Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy. These constitute a binding agreement.
Participants must register using their legal name and accurate date of birth. False information or registration by unauthorized persons may be rejected or disqualified. Registrations are valid only through official Grand Series channels, including online or on-site registration.
All registration fees are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable unless the event is canceled by Grand Series. Transfers to other events or participants are prohibited unless expressly authorized.
Grand Series may modify, postpone, reschedule, combine heats, or cancel events due to weather, safety concerns, venue restrictions, or unforeseen circumstances. Participants will be notified promptly.
Participants must adhere to event rules, display good sportsmanship, and comply with officials. Disqualification may occur for unsportsmanlike behavior, use of ineligible pacers, unauthorized equipment, falsification of information, or policy violations. Officials’ decisions are final.
Event timing may be electronic, manual, or both. Published results may include names, ages, performances, and divisions. By participating, you consent to the public release of your data for rankings, media, and promotional purposes.
Participants agree to abide by all rules and regulations as outlined in the official Meet Rules & Competition Guidelines.
Participation grants Grand Series and its partners the right to photograph, record, broadcast, and use your name, image, voice, and performance worldwide for promotional or educational purposes without compensation.
Participants agree to abide by all Media & Content Usage Rights as outlined in the official Waiver and Terms of Use. This includes any photos, videos, or recordings captured during any Grand Series or Grand Athletics event. All content remains the exclusive property of Grand Athletics and Grand Series, and participants may not post, share, or distribute such content without prior authorization as stated in the Waiver and Terms of Use.
Participants acknowledge inherent risks of athletic events and voluntarily assume them. You release, waive, and hold harmless Grand Series, GA, staff, volunteers, sponsors, venues, and affiliates from liability, including claims caused by negligence.
All non-participants attend events at their own risk. Presence at the venue constitutes acceptance of these terms.
Participants and attendees must comply with all laws, venue rules, and policies. Failure may result in removal and denial of future participation.
Personal information is handled according to both the Grand Athletics Privacy Policy and Grand Series Privacy Policy. By registering, you consent to its collection, use, and disclosure.
These terms are governed by California law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a California court of competent jurisdiction.
